deposit is € 450 (at arrival, must be paid in cash.)
- Hire of linen sheets is possible (€

- Tourist tax €1.5 /person/night.
- Rent of towels is available
(€ 8/pers./change). Package includes 1 large, 2
normal
and a small towel.
- Obligatory final cleaning (€ 135).
Leave the house neat and clean, wipe the floor and
put the
garbage in the waste disposal.
- 1 LITTLE Pet is allowed if he's clean = Extra + €35
- There is a cot (no charge).
- There are 2 children chairs available (no charge).
- Gas is included.
- Electricity is included except during the winter months.
- Water is included.
- Wifi internet is included
- During the months
of January-February - March -April - November-December
a surcharge of € 0,40/kWh is asked for electricity.
- Arrival and departure outside the specified
times is
possible for a fee of €25. This fee is intended
to be
paid upon arrival.
